Combination Massage – £55.00

Aromatherapy/Hot and Cold Stones/Warm bamboo sticks – all rolled into one amazing treatment! When working, it’s good for me to have flexibility and go with what I feel works best for each individual client. It could be that a mix of cold stones and warm bamboo sticks works best for a runners legs for example. This gives me the ability to mix and match the treatments I offer and use the treatments to their very best potential.

Pregnancy Massage – £45.00 per session

A gentle soothing massage to promote relaxation. We give ourselves so little time to mentally and physically prepare for giving birth and being a parent. It is common to have just a few weeks away from our full time jobs to get ready, but a large part of being prepared is feeling calm and relaxed. This is a treatment focused on the Mother. her wishes and hopes for the birth process, how she is feeling etc.

The treatment is an hour long massage, including over the abdomen if that is wanted. In the latter stages of pregnancy the baby can also feel the benefits of the hands on contact. To protect the baby fully the massage is carried out with the client on her side in a comfortable position similar to the recovery position. I am also very happy to teach your birthing partner some moves to do that are suitable for use during labour!

Truly a wonderful bonding experience for the little family unit.

Infant Massage – Course £55.00

Discover a wonderful way to spend time with your baby. Massage has been shown to help parents bond with their new infants, and has both physical and emotional benefits. Regular massage may help fidgety babies settle and massage over the baby’s abdomen can help relieve trapped wind or ease colicky symptoms. The course will include tuition in the full routine over a 3/4 week period and handouts to reinforce the learning.

Deep Cleanse Facials – £40.00

Finely Ground Almond is used as an exfoliant, warm water face towels are applied to the skin to open the pores. Cleansing the pores is followed by a soothing facial massage with essential oils. Finally a completely natural face mask (vegan, homemade, zero chemicals) is applied to the skin and you can relax and drift away, listening to the soothing music. Blissful!

Story Massage – Telling a story to children using ten different massage strokes, usually on the back. I have a large soft toy as a teaching aid and show the movements as I tell the story. A fantastic way to build vocabulary in school children, encourage imagination and support respectful and positive touch.
